Angela Rockefeller

Angela Rockefeller is a ERYT 500 Registered Yoga Therapist BGS Somatic Psychology Dance & Performance Teacher. Angela is a graduate of Shanti Yoga School and a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. The focus of her studies has been on emotional yoga and the use of self empowerment to increase life satisfaction. Her studies in somatic psychology focused on neuroplasticity and the ability to make change through Meditation and Yoga practice. Angela also believes that what we do on our mat or through our movement effects the world. To further dive into this concept, she studied and completed trainings with Sean Corn and Hala Khouri with ‘Off the Mat, Into the World’. Angela’s dance training started at a young age with a focus in ballet and modern dance. After studying dance at Clark College and the Oregon Ballet Theatre her movement studies turned to circus and erotic arts such as aerial silks, Lyra, pole, acro chair, burlesque and heels dance. As a teacher, Angela hopes to help her students find greater life satisfaction through empowering movement.  She believes that through integrating the ancient art of yoga into our daily lives we gain greater self awareness and the knowledge needed to live life with determined intention.  Building on a strong foundation erotic movement can help build personal acceptance and empowerment. Angela approaches her personal practice and teaching with patience and an open heart. When attending class you can expect attention to detail, a dynamic curriculum and a calm supportive environment.

Megan Jones

Megan is a teacher, guide, and playful alchemist of movement who believes that the body is a sacred doorway into strength, freedom, and joy. With a foundation in Power Yoga and a passion that extends into Barre, Aerial Yoga, Somatics, and Pole, she weaves together practices that honor both discipline and delight. Her teaching is grounded in anatomy and alignment, but it always carries a spark of wonder—a reminder that movement is not just exercise, but a ritual of becoming. Her work is infused with playfulness, presence, and the belief that every body has its own unique magic waiting to be revealed. More than shapes or poses, Megan teaches the art of listening—to the body, to the breath, and to the deeper voice that rises when we move with intention.

Off the mat (and sometimes still upside down), Megan continues to explore her own edges—dancing, inverting, and seeking the balance between strength and surrender. She carries into every class the reminder that movement is a journey, and that joy is found not in perfection, but in the practice itself.
